You can return or exchange an item in the event of an obvious manufacturing defect within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. It is possible to return a product only if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (email or SMS confirmation) are preserved. During this period, the Buyer is obliged to notify the store manager by writing an email to about the desire to return the goods.

2. The presentation and consumer properties are preserved: there are no traces of wear on the jewelry, the packaging is intact

3. Since the receipt of the goods, no more than 14 (fourteen) days have passed for returns at their own request and 20 (twenty) days due to a factory defect.

According to Resolution No. 55, jewelry made of precious metals (silver, gold) is not subject to return.

By law, we will not be able to accept back jewelry that we made for you to order or modified - we changed the size, color of the coating, engraving, etc.

It is possible to return stationery and household goods in case of inadequate quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 

Goods of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods, in accordance with clause 2 of Art. 502 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
